When requesting help, include the city or ward involved and a short description of the issue. Avoid sending passwords, one-time codes or screenshots of a household QR code.
#Cities and urban local bodies
Municipal teams interested in household participation, collection verification or SBM 2.0 reporting can use the same email address with “City partnership” in the subject line.
#Legal and privacy enquiries
Use “Privacy request” or “Legal enquiry” in the subject line so the message can be routed appropriately. SAFAI is operated by ECOSNAP Software Developer Pvt Ltd. Its registered address and dedicated support contacts will be published before launch.
